My collective experience spans more than 40 years of not-for-profit work and executive leadership. I work as a thinking partner to nonprofit leaders—listening deeply, challenging assumptions, and helping organizations think more clearly about their purpose, strategy, and impact. I have supported hundreds of organizations through strategic projects and thoughtful guidance across industries and markets, from local communities to larger regions. I draw on lived experience as a practitioner, staff member, board volunteer, change agent, and facilitator to help leaders navigate both challenges and opportunities with confidence.
